Task description – under the direction of the President and the Director General and in collaboration with the other members of the team

Representation of the artists of the agency

Selling concerts and projects to national and international presenters, both specialized and multidisciplinary

Follow-up of requests for concert sales

Preparation of texts related to sales and marketing

Ensure a link between the artists represented, the presenters and the members of the team

Careful filing / archiving on the company server

Substantial development of new markets and approach to new presenters

Organization of auditions (singers and instrumentalists)

Any other duties required by management in relation to the function



Required skills

Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken – very high level required. A third language an asset

Great ability to convince verbally

Great ease on the phone

Ability to travel occasionally to attend fairs, events and conferences

Knowledge of Macintosh platforms: Office suite (especially Excel and Word)

Knowledge of FileMaker, WordPress and social networks (FaceBook, Twitter, etc.) an asset




Structured, autonomous, methodical, respectful of timelines and schedules

Sense of initiative, resourcefulness

Good knowledge of music (classical music and jazz an asset)

Very good knowledge of the cultural environment and of the market

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage stress

Interpersonal skills, curiosity

High sense of discretion
