Job description – under the direction of the president and general director and in collaboration with other team members

Representation of the agency’s artists
Sale of concerts and artistic projects to national and international, specialized and multidisciplinary presenters
Follow-up of requests relating to concert sales
Ensure a link between the artists represented, the presenters and the team members
Filing / careful archiving of files on the company’s server
Development of new markets and approach to new presenters
Any other tasks required by management in connection with the function

Qualifications required

Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken – very high level required. A third language is an asset
Strong verbal persuasion skills
Great ease on the phone
Knowledge of the cultural environment
Ability to travel occasionally to attend trade shows, events and conferences
Knowledge of FileMaker database software
Knowledge of classical and jazz music an asset

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage stress
Great interpersonal skills, curiosity, discretion
