Job description – under the direction of the president and general director and in collaboration with other team members
Representation of the agency’s artists
Sale of concerts and artistic projects to national and international, specialized and multidisciplinary presenters
Follow-up of requests relating to concert sales
Ensure a link between the artists represented, the presenters and the team members
Filing / careful archiving of files on the company’s server
Development of new markets and approach to new presenters
Any other tasks required by management in connection with the function
Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken – very high level required. A third language is an asset
Strong verbal persuasion skills
Great ease on the phone
Knowledge of the cultural environment
Ability to travel occasionally to attend trade shows, events and conferences
Knowledge of FileMaker database software
Knowledge of classical and jazz music an asset
Structured, autonomous, methodical, respectful of deadlines
A keen sense of initiative, resourcefulness
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage stress
Great interpersonal skills, curiosity, discretion

Thursday November 3, at 9:15 PM, we invite you to Brazilian Waltzes and Choros, the showcase presented by André Rodrigues, a thrilling guitarist represented by Boulev’Art Artists’ Management, at the Showplace Performance Centre in Peterborough during the Ontario Contact conference.
“Brazilian Waltzes and Choros” conducts the public through Brazilian music history and its mixed territory. André Rodrigues’ rhythmic, sensible and colorful sound illustrates the rich development of Brazilian music, both traditional and classical.
Ms. Marie-Catherine LaPointe, president of Boulev’Art, will be attending the conference from November 3-5. You will be able to meet her at Booth# 5 in the Contact Room and she will be pleased to talk with you about this unique show!
Jean-Michel Malouf is an accomplished trombonist and he started studying orchestral direction with Raffi Armenian in 2005. A year later, Mr. Malouf became Artistic Director of the Orchestre symphonique des jeunes de Joliette, position he held until 2011. He also took up the musical direction of the Terrebonne Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonie jeunesse de Montréal and the Sérénade Chamber Orchestra.
